1-4) I added these while listening to the Most Necessary playlist on Spotify. I reviewed "Wasted" this past Friday on my Single Reviews post. "Boca Raton" is a nice summer anthem. I never heard a Valee song and I thought he was on that godawful "All Mine" song from Kanye's new album. When I actually gave "Womp Womp" a chance, I ended up liking it. It's such a fun, goofy tune. I'm also not too big on Comethazine (aka Great Value Smokepurpp), but "Bands" is a banger.
5) Apparently, this song inspired another one of those social media challenges. This is actually an amazing song. I can't believe that I slept on this when I first heard Scorpion. This is my new favorite. I consider it a worthy sequel to "Nice For What."
6) "Ballin" is one of my favorite Logic songs on my favorite pre-Under Pressure mixtape Welcome to Forever. I was surprised to find out that this was on streaming services on the Uncle Drew soundtrack. I don't know who curated the soundtrack but thank you for finally putting this banger on Spotify.
7) "Mood" is one of my favorite Uzi tracks. I've been listening to it on YouTube for a while and was surprised to find out through a thread on /r/hiphopheads that you can find it on Spotify under DJ Rell. You have to get through annoying DJ tags through the first two or so seconds but I'm glad I found this song.
8 & 9, 11-14) Some of the singles released this past Friday.
15 & 16) Wiz Khalifa's album was a bloated mess but I'm thankful I got these two songs out of it.
10, 17) From Chief Keef's latest project.
18) RIP Bankroll Fresh. He had such amazing potential to be a star in hip-hop. This was his biggest song. I don't know why I listened to this song again but I realized how much I loved this song and added it back to my playlist.
