1-3) I added these back when I gave More Life a revisit.

4) There were only a few singles I wanted to listen to a week ago, so there was no Singles Review post.  The second single for the upcoming 88rising compilation Head In the Clouds is a certified banger.  I didn't think BlocBoy JB and a Chinese hip-hop group would mesh together but they do.  Also, that beat is fire.

5) A$AP Ferg released two singles back in late June.  I thought they were okay, but I like this song.  It's pretty short and the lyrics are about getting verified on social media but I like the production.

6) YoungBoy Never Broke Again (I hate typing that stupid name) released the deluxe version of his 2018 project Until Death Call My Name and it has 7 bonus tracks.  I listened to the songs with features from Lil Uzi Vert and Offset and I liked this one better.

7 & 8) Yung Bans is an artist that I used to dislike quite a bit.  I thought his music was incredibly generic and the only verse of his that I remember was his contribution to "ILOVEITWHENTHEYRUN" by XXXTentacion.  I really liked his contribution to "Bag" by Future, so I decided to give the fifth installment of his Yung Bans mixtape series a chance.  He's still one of the most generic artists out there, but these two songs are great.  "Ridin" has a cool video from Cole Bennett on YouTube and is also an underrated song of the summer contender.  The slurred hook from Yung Bans is very catchy and Landon Cube and YBN Nahmir deliver some great verses.  The other song, "Round," features a great verse from Juice WRLD.  I don't really like this one as much as "Ridin" but I still find it fun, even with a questionable line in the hook ("I'm out this Earth baby, it ain't round").

9-15, 24) The songs from Scorpion that I liked the most.  I added "Mob Ties" a week after I listened to it.

16) I always hear the bass-boosted version of this song in meme videos and I never knew what it was called.  Thankfully, I know now and it is great.

17) I have a love-hate relationship with Murda Beatz.  He is the producer behind some of my favorite tracks but most of the beats I've heard from him are very average.  I never bothered to listen to his project, even after I ended up finding it on Spotify under a different artist.  The only reason I listened to this track was that a Rae Sremmurd and 2 Chainz song would be incredible.  And this song is incredible.  The hook from Swae Lee is catchy and the ad-libs are hilarious.  2 Chainz also killed his verse, as expected.

18-20) My favorite singles from this past week.

21 & 22) My favorite songs from the Meek Mill EP and Future project.

23) I can't believe how much I slept on this song.  Just when my favorite from Young Thug's latest EP ("Now" with 21 Savage) falls out of my rotation, I find a new one to replace it.  The music video for this song was released over the weekend and it's super weird and unique.  When I first heard this track, I thought it dragged for too long and that Uzi was the only part that was worthwhile.  However, I now like all of this song and I can't wait to play it all summer.
